“Tasha was very thorough with us, and we will not go with any other realtor. During the initial consultation, she took the time to learn all about our house. She explained the entire sales process from staging to selecting the right offer. She showed us comps in the area as well as gave us advice on what to list our house for. Her marketing of our house was also amazing. The photographer was very professional and took the time to take photos that accurately showed our house. What I mean is that often times a house’s photos look great online, but when you see the house in person, it’s not the same. In our case, people saw the exact same house that was portrayed in the photos. We listed our house 3 days after the photos were taken, and we had 50 showings in less than 3 days. 20 of those showings resulted in offers, with every one of them being over our asking price. Then she took the emotion out of the sales process, and guided us through the offers and presented us with the best based on price, conditions, and chance for success. In the end our house sold for 36k over asking price and closed on time. Tasha was in constant communication with us throughout and was always available to answer any questions.
