Tasha was incredibly responsive with communication, she never pressured me and was an expert when delivering offers. Before I listed my house she came over and did complete assessment explaining exactly what items should be moved and to where, she was very detail orientated and made sure that my photos on the MLS listing where beautiful. She definitely has artistic abilities and an eye for what would appeal to people aesthetically. My house had lots of showings because of this and of course it sold very quickly for a price that I was Incredibly happy with. I would highly recommend Tasha to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
