I used Tasha’s services for both selling my home and purchasing a new one. During both instances I found her to be extremely professional, very patient and really at the end mindful of my expectations. Also I really like the way she negotiated especially during the selling process considering the buyers were being a bit painful. She was assertive and yet made sure the deal was a good one for everyone involved. also very prompt with communication.

Tasha was incredibly responsive with communication, she never pressured me and was an expert when delivering offers. Before I listed my house she came over and did complete assessment explaining exactly what items should be moved and to where, she was very detail orientated and made sure that my photos on the MLS listing where beautiful. She definitely has artistic abilities and an eye for what would appeal to people aesthetically. My house had lots of showings because of this and of course it sold very quickly for a price that I was Incredibly happy with. I would highly recommend Tasha to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I will use her again and again.

Tasha was so great when it came to selling our condo and purchasing our new house. When we met Tasha for our consultation, it was an automatic yes. She had her portfolio prepared and explained what she can offer with her services. It was more than we expected. This was our first time selling and we had a fast turnaround to move out of state. Tasha was always communicating during the process and worked around our schedule.
