Tasha Soundara
Tasha Soundara has been a trusted real estate professional in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area since 2001. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Economics, she began her career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage before earning her real estate license. Helping her parents build their dream home sparked a lasting passion for new construction. This focus became the foundation of her career and continues to influence the elevated level of service she provides when buying and selling both new construction and existing homes.
After building a distinguished career with RE/MAX, Tasha recognized the real estate industry’s shift toward a more lifestyle- and technology-driven approach. She strategically transitioned her team, Sound Home Group, to REAL Broker, one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in the country. This move allows her clients to benefit from a strong national network, innovative technology, and a collaborative community of top real estate professionals. Tasha has been a respected leader within the real estate industry, serving on the board of the Minneapolis Area REALTORS® and previously serving as president of both the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and AREAA.
Alongside her real estate career of over 25 years, Tasha has built her own portfolio of investment properties, giving her firsthand experience as both an agent and an investor. She takes a thoughtful, conservative approach to investing, focusing on long-term stability and sound decision-making. Her goal is to provide clear guidance and help each client make decisions that align with their personal financial goals.
A lifelong resident of the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, Tasha Soundara deeply values community, connection, and the lifestyle Minnesota offers throughout all four seasons. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Alex, and their three children, Ava, Aiden, and Abby. Together, they love exploring Minnesota’s beautiful parks and lakes and embracing the outdoor lifestyle that proudly gives the state its “Land of 10,000 Lakes” identity. During the winter months, the family enjoys traveling to warm beach destinations, with Hawaii being one of their favorite places to visit.
