Parker Village in Robbinsdale

Parker Village is a boutique community of 16 eco-friendly, Energy Star–certified townhomes offering over 2,200 square feet of living space just off Highway 100 on the former Robbinsdale High School site. Each home features a 9-foot main level, open kitchen with appliance package, spacious owner’s suite with private deluxe bath and walk-in closet, and convenient upstairs laundry.

After working on the original sales at the adjacent Regent Place community with Ryland Homes, Tasha partnered with TC Homes to help sell Parker Village in a challenging market. We redesigned the product into a more efficient two-story, women-centric floor plan, repositioned the homes as an eco-friendly offering, and adjusted pricing to better match market demand. This strategic shift helped the builder gain momentum and successfully sell out the development.

River Valley Commons in Burnsville

River Valley Commons 2nd in Burnsville is a community of 43 townhomes developed by TC Homes, featuring two distinct product lines designed to meet a wider range of buyer needs. The development includes two-story homes with patios for easy, functional living, as well as urban-style three-story homes that maximize square footage with tuck-under garages and private decks.

The project was originally planned with a different product mix, but after a detailed market analysis, Tasha spearheaded a strategic redesign of the community. We introduced these two new product lines to better align with buyer demand and the surrounding market, allowing the builder to reposition the development and move forward with a more successful, market-driven approach.

Wildflower Meadows in Otsego

Located on the southeast corner of Highway 101 and River Road NE, this community features 24 spacious homesites ranging from ¼ to ½ acre. Each lot is buffered by open space or the Mississippi River and offers the option for lookout or walkout basements. The neighborhood is served by School District 728 and Otsego Elementary, providing a peaceful setting with convenient access to nearby amenities.

Tasha came in to help position and market the development, bringing her new construction experience and strategic insight to the project. By aligning the homesites with buyer expectations and highlighting the natural surroundings and lot features, the community was presented in a way that resonated with the market and supported the builder’s overall success.

Kittridge Crossings in Albertville

Just north of the Albertville Premium Outlets with easy access to I-94, Kittredge Crossings is a quaint townhome community in the growing city of Otsego. The development features 44 new three-bedroom, three-bath homes, each offering nearly 2,200 square feet of comfortable, functional living space designed to deliver more home for the money.

TC Homes built the community, and Tasha came in to help lead the sales effort. With her new construction experience and market knowledge, the homes were positioned to highlight their size, value, and convenient location—helping the builder successfully move the development forward.

Willowbrook in Delano

Willowbrook is a charming neighborhood in Delano featuring generously sized homesites in a peaceful, established setting. The community offers a blend of open space and neighborhood character, with convenient access to local schools, parks, and the amenities of downtown Delano. Only two homesites remain, making this one of the final opportunities to build in this desirable area.

Tasha was brought in to assist with the sales and marketing of the remaining lots, applying her new construction expertise to refresh the positioning and reach the right buyers. By focusing on the lifestyle, location, and long-term value of the homesites, the community has been able to move toward finishing out the development.
