Tasha Soundara is a seasoned real estate professional serving the Twin Cities area since 2001. A proud graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Economics, Tasha began her career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Inspired by helping her parents build their dream home, Tasha developed a deep passion for new construction, which became the cornerstone of her early career.

Tasha quickly rose as a top producer, earning multiple sales and leadership awards throughout her career. She’s been recognized by RE/MAX, Real Trends, and Minneapolis Area REALTORS®, and is a consistent Twin Cities Super Agent and RE/MAX Hall of Fame inductee.

Tasha built her career selling new construction homes and spent over a decade with RE/MAX before recognizing a shift in how clients were buying and selling real estate — driven by lifestyle changes and evolving technology. She made a strategic move to align her team, Sound Home Group, with one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the country, REAL Broker. This partnership gives her clients access to a powerful national network and cutting-edge resources.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tasha is a respected leader in the real estate community. She currently serves as President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Twin Cities chapter and has previously led the Women’s Council of Realtors Twin Cities as its President, in addition to contributing her expertise as a board member of the Minneapolis Area REALTORS®.

Personal Life:

A proud Minnesotan, Tasha lives in the Twin Cities with her husband and three children — Ava, Aiden, and Abby. They embrace the beauty of all four seasons and are avid travelers. Hawaii holds a special place in their hearts, and it’s become a winter tradition to soak in the sunshine and aloha spirit.
